Lila Kelsey is a Foundation Assistant responsible for supporting GMA’s clients across varied focus areas. Her clients provide grants to advance social impact in their local communities and beyond.

Prior to joining GMA, Lila was a Programming Intern at The Cambridge Women’s Center, a daytime shelter that provides material and food assistance, as well as individualized support, for people who identify as female.

Lila graduated from Tufts University in 2025, with a B.A. in Political Science, Civic Studies, and Spanish. While on campus, she served on the Executive Boards of Tufts’ CIVIC Club, The Women’s Rugby team, and ATO of Massachusetts. Lila is interested in supporting causes related to economic mobility, immigration, substance abuse assistance, and racial equity.

In her free time, Lila enjoys listening to podcasts, cooking, spending time with friends, family, and dogs, as well as watching Premier League soccer.
